I am a journalist at the University of Oregon studying journalism and French. I’m passionate about mental health, social justice, and storytelling.

I spent the year studying in Paris, France at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (SciencesPo) where I took journalism, urban sociology, humanities, and French classes with students from around the world. This was an incredible opportunity to grow and study alongside students with diverse experiences and perspectives, and a similar passion for languages, cultural immersion, and journalism.

In the future, I hope to continue my pursuit of journalism by joining a newspaper or magazine. Some of the subjects I hope to explore through journalism include profiles, urban planning, climate change, food and culture, mental health, and social justice.
